LIFE AT SCHOOL

A Place to Grow

Co- Curricular Engagement

Vrajbhoomi International School places strong emphasis on the holistic development of every learner. Co-curricular activities complement classroom learning by nurturing creativity, confidence, responsibility and social awareness. Students participate in a well-designed programme throughout the year that helps them explore interests, develop essential skills and grow into balanced, expressive and thoughtful individuals. The school ensures that each activity enriches values such as discipline, teamwork, empathy and integrity while supporting academic excellence.

Diverse
Opportunities

Students are encouraged to participate in a wide range of co-curricular experiences that cater to different interests and abilities. These activities support physical development, emotional growth, cognitive skills and social interaction, helping learners discover their strengths and broaden their perspectives. Through meaningful engagement in arts, sports, expression, exploration and teamwork, Vrajbhoomi nurtures individuals who are confident, capable and prepared for future challenges.

Public Speaking

The school provides regular opportunities for students to practise and refine their communication skills. Through guided activities, learners develop clarity of expression, confidence in presenting ideas and the ability to engage with an audience respectfully and thoughtfully. These experiences build self-assurance and encourage students to express themselves with conviction.

Library

The school library supports reading, curiosity and independent learning. Students experience storytelling, browsing sessions and guided reading that strengthen language development and comprehension. Younger learners enjoy exploring picture books and retelling stories, while older students use library resources for research and project work. Access to digital reading platforms enriches this experience further and nurtures a lifelong habit of reading.

Trips and Excursions

Students participate in carefully planned visits, nature walks and educational tours that help them connect classroom learning with the world outside. These experiences strengthen observation, curiosity and critical thinking. Stepping beyond the classroom encourages independence, cultural understanding and confidence in navigating new environments.

The School Assembly

School assemblies promote values, discipline, expression and community bonding. Students share ideas, present creative work and participate in discussions that build confidence and a sense of belonging. Assemblies reinforce moral values and encourage students to reflect on character, behaviour and responsible citizenship.

Interhouse Competition

Interhouse competitions provide opportunities for healthy participation, teamwork and sportsmanship. Students engage in activities across academics, sports, arts and cultural events, allowing them to showcase their abilities and collaborate with peers. These events strengthen unity, discipline and a positive competitive spirit.

Exhibitions

Students participate in exhibitions that encourage them to apply classroom learning through projects, displays and hands-on models. These events promote inquiry, creativity and problem solving while helping learners explain concepts with clarity. Exhibitions allow students to share their understanding with peers, teachers and parents, strengthening confidence and communication.

Clubs and Activity Groups

The school offers a variety of club experiences that promote creativity, logical thinking, environmental awareness and personal interest. These activities help students pursue hobbies, collaborate with peers and develop skills such as leadership, organisation and responsibility. Clubs foster joy in learning while supporting meaningful skill development.

Student Council

The Student Council provides a platform for leadership and student voice. Elected representatives participate in decision making, assist in organising events and uphold school values. Through these responsibilities, students learn teamwork, empathy, accountability and constructive leadership, preparing them to contribute confidently to their community.

Seminars and Academic Engagements

Adani International School offers students enriching academic experiences through its seminars, which have grown from inter-school to international platforms. These seminars foster research, presentation, and critical engagement skills. Students benefit from interacting with peers worldwide, gaining diverse perspectives. The next seminar will be held on 28th November 2025 on "Mindful Minds in a Digital World: Opportunities, Challenges & Strategies". Selected papers are published in Inspired Impressions: A Multidisciplinary Journal of Adani International School, now ISSN-registered, adding credibility and academic value to student research.
