Sports & Physical Development Beyond Medals — Building Champions for Life.

At VISMA, we believe that sports are not just about games — they are about growth, grit, and character. Our sports program is thoughtfully designed to nurture every child’s physical and emotional well-being, while instilling values that go far beyond the playground.

For our youngest learners in Preschool to Grade 3, the focus is on developing gross motor skills — the foundation for balance, coordination, and overall physical confidence. Through fun and engaging activities, our children learn the joy of movement and teamwork.

From Grade 4 onwards, students are introduced to a variety of sports and games. The emphasis shifts toward skill development, exposure, and discipline. During the daily zero period, selected students receive specialized training in different sports, preparing them to represent the school in various competitions.

Our calendar is filled with inter-house tournaments, fostering healthy competition and sportsmanship among our students. We also encourage and support our players to participate in district, state, and national-level events, where many of them bring laurels to the school.

But for us, sports is more than just winning medals — it is a platform to develop life skills such as teamwork, leadership, perseverance, resilience and a spirit of healthy competition while promoting an active lifestyle. These qualities empower our students to face challenges with confidence, no matter what career or path they choose in the future.

Vrajbhoomi International School offers a rich and engaging arts programme that includes music dance, and drama. Through music and dance, students express themselves creatively while developing confidence, rhythm, coordination, and appreciation for different forms of art and culture. Every kid is born with a unique set of skills and abilities but it is unfortunate that often they are not explored due to the set monotonous routines. At Vrajbhoomi, we believe that children’s confidence and self-esteem can grow bloom when they find the right hobby. By indulging in hobbies, students get opportunities to explore new interests and develop skills beyond the regular curriculum. Through these classes, we also try to get the students ready for future competitions.

Vocational Education Skills that Work in the Real World

At VISMA, vocational education provides hands-on learning experiences in Carpentry, Mehndi, Tattoo Art, Vehicle Repairing, Plumbing, Agricultural Practices, Stitching and Embroidery and Computer Studies. These skill-based activities help students develop practical knowledge essential for future, enable them to handle small tasks at home and promote self-reliance. Through experiential learning, students gain confidence, learn to apply classroom concepts to real-life situations and cultivate a mind-set of lifelong learning. Overall, vocational education equips students to face real-world challenges effectively, empowering them to contribute meaningfully both at home and in society.

Celebrations & Competitions Celebrate with Joy, Compete with Pride

Celebrations and competitions are twin social pillars. Celebrations express collective joy, gratitude, and cultural unity through festivals or milestones. Competitions drive personal growth, test limits, and spark innovation through structured challenges. Together, they balance community bonding with individual achievement. Celebrations foster belonging, preserve traditions, and relieve stress through shared happiness. To drive the point home, Vrajbhoomi celebrates Guru Purnima, Van-Mahotsav, Independence Day, Teacher’s Day, Janmashtami, Christmas Uttarayan and the Republic Day with zeal and enthusiasm on a larger scale. Special assemblies are dedicated to several other festivals and occasions celebrated in India.
